FAQs

  • WHAT KIND OF CHURCH IS CENTRAL CHRISTIAN CHURCH?

Central is a non-denominational, independent Christian church. This means there’s no headquarters or denominational office where leaders lead the church from the outside. Central is led by leaders from within the church.

Nationally, there are over 6,000 churches similar to Central with over 1.5 million members.

  • WHAT CAN I EXPECT AT A SERVICE?

You can expect engaging songs aimed at glorifying God. You can expect to hear a compelling sermon with a strong Biblical foundation and a focus on the Gospel. You can expect times of prayer and encouragement with others seeking God.

We value truth over trend, authenticity over performance, relationship over results, excellence over perfection, relevance over tradition, creativity over complacency, and Christ above all else.

  • WHAT IF I HAVE KIDS?

Central loves kids, and loves to teach all ages about God and His redemptive plan through His only Son Jesus Christ. We have a wonderful nursery for you and your littlest ones, as well as Pre-K through Upper Elementary classes.

Sunday School is at 9:15am and ends around 10:15am. Adults pick their kids up from Sunday School class and attend the main worship service together at 10:30am.

After a time of worshiping together, the kids will be dismissed where they will follow the children’s ministry teachers in the back of the Worship Center to their classes.

  • WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE KIDS?

For those arriving without kids, please enter through the north or south worship entrances. Make your way to the worship center and make yourself at home.

  • WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Wear what you’ll be comfortable wearing. Dress is relaxed and casual, and that means everybody, from our staff and volunteers to those attending services. Whether you come in a three-piece suit or jeans and a t-shirt, there is no dress code for our worship services–we just want to see you here!

We do ask that your clothing choice is respectful of others regarding modesty and not distracting to anyone’s worship experience.
